He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Lee and Jean Lee; and his brother Butch Lee. He is survived by: his wife Jane Lee; his daughters, Melissa Hickman and Paige Upshaw; his grandchildren, Garrett Hickman, Kevin Lee and Carly Hickman; and his siblings, Sandra Stephenson, Brenda Madray and Steve Lee.
