He was predeceased by: his wife Ada Z. Britt Puckett; his son Barry C. Puckett; and his parents, L. C. Puckett and Sarah Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Jane Puckett of Lawrenceville, GA, Benjamin J. Puckett (Karin) of Clearwater, FL, Charles C. Puckett (Shari) of Lawrenceville, GA and Dea Ann Seckinger (Bill) of Dacula, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
