It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Virginia Jones of Loganville, Georgia, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Hap Jones; her daughter Barbara Jean; her son-in-law Robert Schott; her parents, Harle Smith and Curtis E. Smith (Gresham); and her siblings, Jerry E. Smith, Harold G. Smith, William E. Smith, Lottie M. Adams and Gail Piper.

She is survived by : her daughter Virginia Elizabeth; her son-in-law Tony Long of Loganville, GA; her stepdaughter Joi Russell; her brother Kenneth; her sister-in-law Barbara Smith of Loganville, GA; her sister Brenda; her siblings-in-law, Edward Rutledge of Loganville, GA, James Piper of Loganville, GA and Wilma Smith of Eatonton, GA; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Smith of Powder Springs, GA, Jennifer Leigh and Simon Chaput of Spain. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; numerous family and friends.
