He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Snell and Mable Snell of Snellville; and his siblings, Helen Todd (Tony), Carol Camp (James), Richard Snell and Earle Snell (Jean).
He is survived by: his wife Nita Faye; his sister Martha Snell; his children, Jackie Snell (Connie), Melinda Franklin (Billy) and Melodie Conner (Keith); his grandchildren, Tiffany Presten (Ben), Tara Daniel (Dustin), Mary, Amanda, Noah Franklin, Nicholas (Stephanie), Jackson, Gracie Conner and Pops; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Esther, Emma Presten, Ellie Kate, Hudson Daniel, Piper, Hattie Conner and Amelia Presten. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
