He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Howell and Mary Frances Towler (Whitley). He is survived by: his wife Janis Ray Towler; his son Jamey; his daughter-in-law Stacey Towler of Loganville; his daughter Angie; his son-in-law Alan Broome of Loganville; his daughter Stephanie Towler of Loganville; his grandchildren, Annabelle Gracie Broome, Bryson James Towler and Colton Bryant Towler; and his sibling's children, Jill Towler, Howell Towler, Brad Towler and Michael Towler.
