He was predeceased by : his parents, J. C. Weaver and Esalene Weaver (Fortson); and his siblings, Tommy Weaver, Benny Weaver and Carolyn Weaver Martin.

He is survived by : his wife Teresa Smith Weaver of Loganville; his daughter Elizabeth; his son-in-law Chris Hargrove of Thomaston; his son Jesse; his daughter-in-law Ashley Weaver of Loganville; his brother James; his sister-in-law Virginia Weaver of Hull; his sister Marolyn (Floyd Tripplet); his sisters-in-law, Ruby Weaver of Abbeville and Linda Weaver of Bethlehem; and his grandchildren, Alex Hargrove of Thomaston, Brooklee Hargrove of Thomaston, Carlee Hargrove of Thomaston, Dallton Hargrove of Thomaston, Emma Hargrove of Thomaston, Franklin Hargrove of Thomaston and Avonlea Weaver of Loganville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
