He was predeceased by: his son Forrest Kenneth Raines; his parents, Forrest Ralph and Helen G. Guthrie; and his brother Thomas Edward Guthrie. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Raines; his son Todd Raines; his daughter-in-law Donna Raines of Snellville; his daughter Donna Lynn Raines of Loganville; his daughter-in-law Amy Maddux Raines of Monroe; his grandchildren, Jarrett Martin of Snellville, Andrew Kenton Raines of Gainesville, Matt Layton of Auburn, Tyler Rex Raines of Monroe, John Coleman Raines of Loganville, Macie Evan Raines of Snellville and McKenzie Dean Raines of Loganville; his great grandchildren, Everett Kenneth Martin, Briggs Emory Martin and Emileen Grace Layton; and his brother-in-law Genice Foster. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
