He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Edward Noonan, Kathryn Marie Noonan and Louise Pope; and his mother-in-law Vivian Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Johnson Watkins; his son Robert Terrell "Robby" Watkins (Kari Watkins) of Orange Park, FL; his grandchildren, Elliott Meaux and Vivian Renee; his siblings, Robert Watkins (Lynn) of Decatur, GA, Kathy Marelle (Joe) of Lawrenceville, Patti Dolac (John) of Land and Danny Watkins (Paula) of Daphne, AL; his uncle Terry Noonan (Kenna) of Okeechobee, FL; his cousin Benny Noonan of Orlando, FL; his father-in-law Terry Johnson; his sister-in-law Kim Johnson Henderson of Hiram, GA; and his siblings' children, Joey Marelle, John Dolac Jr., Tony Marelle, J. T. Watkins, Terry Henderson, Katie Davis, Mary Pat Hunter, Sydney Caldwell, Laura Watkins and Elizabeth Watkins.
