He was predeceased by: his sisters, Paula Minor and Alicia Sundburg. He is survived by: his wife Valorie E. Moon of Loganville; his children, Taylor Dake Clark and Della Moon Clark of Loganville; his parents, Jerry Clark and Glenda Clark of Social Circle; his siblings, William Patrick Clark of Madison, Jeannie Aiken of Asheville, NC and Brenda McHenry of Denver, CO; and his mother-in-law Jean Moon Harrell of Winterville.
