He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Earl Johnson, Sr. and Clara Elizabeth Murphy Johnson; and his grandson Kevin C. McCulley. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie V. Johnson; his daughters, Sherry J. McCulley and Kay J. Smith; his son-in-law Gary C. Smith; and his grandson A. J. Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
