He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Meredith. He is survived by: his mother Carol Meredith; his wife Brenda Clower Meredith; his children, Dylan, Daniel, Aaron, Luke, Jordan and Sara; and his brother Sam. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
