She is survived by : her children, Eleanor Burke (Lonnie), Diane Williams, Phyllis Pearson, Stephanie Shabazz, Leon Purdie, William Purdie and Stephen Purdie. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Cousins.
