She was predeceased by: her husband Jackson Patillo Norton, Sr.; and her grandsons, Timothy Clayton Waggoner and Gregory Kyle Waggoner. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Waggoner of Loganville, GA, Jackson P. Norton, Jr. of Cartersville, GA and David Norton (Karyn) of Dacula, GA; and her siblings, Charles Smith of Conyers, GA, Frances Cameron of Conyers, GA, Ann McCarthy of Conyers, GA and Kathryn West (James). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
