He is survived by: his wife Wanda Phillips of Loganville; his daughter Latisha; his son-in-law Luke Gordon of Covington; his son Erik; his daughter-in-law Katrina Phillips of Winder; his grandchildren, Devin, Chase, Madison, Destiny, Ethan, Danica and Allysa; and his siblings, Donald Phillips, Arnold, Diane Phillips of Crandall, Gordon Phillips of Grayson, Vaughn Phillips of Macon, Tim and Judy Phillips of Loganville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; numerous family and friends.
