He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Cassiday and Dorothy Cassiday (Lyon); and his siblings, Barbara Jane Johnson and Billie Lee Cassiday. He is survived by: his wife LoEda Cassiday (Fritzinger) of Loganville, GA; his children, Pam Cassiday of Decatur, GA, Doug (Janet Cassiday), Andy (Natalie Cassiday) and Jonathan Cassiday of Loganville, GA; and his grandchildren, Melanie, Logan Stevens of Auburn, GA, Melinda, Cody Jacques of Atlanta, GA, Ryan, Sade Cassiday of Columbus, GA, Savannah, Ray Eldridge of Social Circle, GA and Sierra Cassiday of Covington, GA. He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; numerous family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Indiana University Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center Multiple Myeloma Research Fund,.
