He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Robertson and Agnes Haymore Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Vesmar Robertson; his children, Amy Hofer and Phil Robertson; his grandchildren, Landon Robertson, Cassidy Hofer, Henry Hofer and Trenton Robertson; and his brothers, Sammy and Kenneth.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family has not scheduled a memorial service.
