He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gretchen Taylor Purvis; his children, Addisyn Purvis and Payton Purvis; his stepchildren, Emma Fordham and Chase Whitehorn of Watkinsville, Georgia; his parents, Mike Purvis and Debbie Purvis; his parents-in-law, Greg and Elizabeth Taylor; his sibling's children, Nathan Purvis, Jr., Julia Purvis, Rose Purvis, Ellie Grace Taylor and Annabelle Taylor; his aunt Karen; his uncle Jim Fowler; his cousins, Shannon Spraggins and Hayley Rechtorovic; and his grandfather-in-law Hilda Taylor.
