He is survived by: his wife Elaine Green Scroggs; his children, Kenneth Scroggs and Sheila Scroggs; his stepdaughter Dr. Leisa Jennings; and his siblings, Talmadge Scroggs, Lamar Scroggs, Randall Scroggs and Carol L. Maloney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
