He is survived by: his parent Ida Mae Patterson Hamlin; his wife Barbara Owen Hamlin; his children, Patricia Owen Moncure (Jason) of Decatur, Kevin Hart of Cleveland and Ryan Hamlin (Monica) of Washington; his grandchildren, Jordan Hart, Casey Hart, Jason Jr., Jackson Moncure, Ariel Moncure and Jon Hamlin; and his siblings, Kim Lea-Campbell (John) and Tana Lea.
