He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Foster and Mary Foster; his wife Susan; his children, Jill White (Ricky), Jay Foster (Kim), Stephen Foster (Brandi), Jennifer Smith (Jason) and Grayson Foster; his grandchildren, Evan, Collin Foster, Maxwell, Stinson, Mitchell, Leo, Hailey Foster, Jacob and Jonah Smith; his nephews, Bryce, Brooks and Brennan Manson; and his cousins, Neil Cobb (Mary), Charles Cobb (Karen) and Sammy Foster (Joyce).
