Toy Mikell Collins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toy Mikell Collins of Loganville, Georgia, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joshue Collins; her granddaughter Ella Mae Foster; and her parents, Lester Mikell and Polly Mikell (Lanier). She is survived by: her daughter Megan; her son-in-law Steven Foster of Covington, GA; her daughter Polly Burnett of Flowery Branch, GA; and her grandson Carter Edward Foster. She is also survived by cousins; many family and friends.
The family would like to recommend that all guests and family members attending the visitation and service wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in memory of Ella Mae Foster to Smith-Lemli-Opitz Foundation, P.O. Box 10598, Fargo, ND 58106.
