He was predeceased by: his wife Seeta Sookdeo. He is survived by: his children, Doreen, Bodo, Chandra (Deceased), Cappel, Vishnu, Rabbie and Jasmin; his parents-in-law, Sandra, Patty, Patsy, Cleo, Kampta and Eric; and his siblings, Sew Kawall, Harold Balkarran, Ganga Persud and Claris Lalwe. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
