He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. Huisman and Jennie Huisman (Hoebeke); and his brothers, Donald Huisman and James Huisman. He is survived by: his wife Julie (Webb); his children, Jeanie Christian (Matt), Brant Huisman (Melissa) and John Huisman (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Riley Christian, Julia Christian, Regan Bryant (Sam), Meara Beiter (Addison), Henry Huisman (Madison), Isabel Andre (Amario), Linda Beth Huisman, Knox Huisman and Rebecca Huisman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Community Church (4355 GA-136, Trenton, GA 30752). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
