She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Scott Johnson and Gertrude Johnson. She is survived by : her husband Tom Armistead; her daughters, Amy Sasser (Mike) of Waynesboro and Cara Cobb (Michael) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Daniel Sasser (Emily), Alan Sasser of Waynesboro, Allison Pickering (Ben) of Oxford, MS. and Sydney Bradley (Douglas) of Savannah; her great grandchildren, Halle Sasser of Waynesboro, Jack Sasser of Waynesboro, Anna Sasser of Waynesboro and Brady Sasser of Waynesboro; her brother-in-law Frank Armistead (Shirley) of Cumming; and her caregivers, Charlotte McBride, Gail Boyd, June Duggan, Liza Gross and Dr. Bonnie Jenkins.
