With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Provost of Ludowici, Georgia, who passed away on October 21, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Michael Phillips; and her sister Debbie Moore. She is survived by : her daughter Christina; her son-in-law Aaron Brant of Ludowici; her son Daniel; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Siller of Warwick, RI; her mother Theresa Phillips of Warwick; and her siblings, Denise (Ron Cohen), Diane (John McCabe) and Michael Phillips of West Kingston, RI. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
