It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Sammons (Lumber City, Georgia), who passed away on February 13, 2017, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sue Brewer Sammons of Lumber City; his daughter Andrea Sammons; his son-in-law Dan McCranie of Eastman; and his siblings, Genia Sammons Clark of Alamo and Lawton Sammons of Cordele. He was also cherished by Six Grandchildren, One Great-Grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
