He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Katharine Lowrance "Kathy" Medley; his children, Justin Raylin Medley, Brandon Lee Snowden, Gabrielle Medley, Sinclaire Caldwell, Amber Woods and Alexis Snowden; his parents, Billy Joe and Imogene Medley; and his sisters, Tamara Blackmon and Rebecca York. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
