He was predeceased by : his son Hugh Mills; his sister Ellen Mills; and his great grandchild Destiny Kimbrough. He is survived by : his wife Mary Jo Cain Mills; his son Roger Mills; his brother Donald; his sister-in-law Katherine Mills; and his sister Barbara Gardner. He is also survived by 1 grandchild; 3 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
