She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Leigh Clark; and her parents, Evelyn Sapp Carson and Marion Carson. She is survived by: her husband Billy Clark of Lyons; her children, Elizabeth Clark Shaw (Chuck) of Lyons and William Clark of Lake Oconee; her grandchildren, Anna Shaw Willyard (Connor) of Vidalia, Lauren Shaw Hadden (Tyler) of Lyons and Emily Shaw (Carlos Lora) of Lyons; and her great grandchild Aubree Kate Hadden. She is also survived by "Grandma" to her three granddaughters and her great-granddaughter.
