He is survived by: his daughter Denise Sumner Lowery; his grandchildren, Mitchell Lowery (Jennifer) of Normantown Community, Brinley Marie Lowery and Anna Grace Lowery; his siblings, Lucy Kramer (Floyd) of Cedar Crossing and Eugene Hitchcock (Joan) of Marietta; his close friend Maria Champion; and his friend Judy Phillips of Lyons.
