She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fred Jerles and Louise Randall Jerles. She is survived by: her brothers, Dr. Joe Jerles (Judi) of Clarksville, TN and James Randall Jerles (Lauren) of Robertsdale, AL; her niece Alisha Jerles Horn (Jason) of Clarksville, TN; her friend Betty Spivey Shradar; her pet Jake; Cami Shradar Stokes (Brian), Donald Robert Shradar, Jr. (Jessica Enciso), Evan and Camryn Stokes.
Memorial donations can be made to the Dublin-Laurens Humane Society in honor of Sally's love for animals and/or Dublin's Integrity Hospice for the excellent love and care she received over the past several months.
