It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Benjamin Oxley Jr. of Macon, Georgia, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Thamar and Gladys Elrod Oxley; and his sister Anne Sherwood (Tommy Sherwood). He is survived by: his wife Ann Asbell Oxley; his sons, Michael Benjamin Oxley (Susan) of Macon, Jeffrey Keith Oxley of Macon and Christopher Charles Oxley of Thailand; his granddaughter Charley Paige Oxley of Houston, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Alice Asbell and Helen Asbell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services with social distancing and masks will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Macon Memorial Park with Dr. Jimmy Asbell, Jr. and the Reverend Teresa Edwards officiating.
