She is survived by: her daughter Judy Chastain of Macon; her grandchildren, Marc Gabriel (Leeanne), Brian Fordham, Brandi Gabriel (Kristy), Teresa Lamey (Eric), Nicky Sapp (Mike), Jessica Jeffords (David), Ashley Moore (Grant), Jay Fordham (Beth), Kim Churchwell (Keith) and Eddie Reid; her sister Helen Cannon of Eastman; and her daughter-in-law Sandra Fordham. She is also survived by one great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
