He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold I. Stancil and Myrtie Lou Davis Stancil; his wife Evelyn Dolores Benton Stancil; his daughter Sharon Stancil; his granddaughter Kimberly Stancil; and his brother Theron Stancil.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Stancil (Cathy), Lori Harvey (Lee), Lisa Watson and Curtis Stancil (Chala); his grandchildren, Macy Johnson (Braden), Dakota Harvey, Melissa Watson, Evie Stancil, Erin Stancil, Caitlyn Stancil and Gavin Lineberger; his great grandchild Jett Johnson; and his sisters, Jane Roberts and Ann Brown (Terry). He is also survived by three step granddaughters; five step great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
