He was predeceased by: his siblings, Geraldine Headley, Babe Headley, Joe Headley and Curtis Headley; his son Billy Wayne Headley; and his former wife Vicki Boyd Headley.
He is survived by: his children, Dina Reep (Ron) of Ferris, Kay Headley of Alabama, Billie Gail Sawyer of Casper, Samuel Wayne Headley (Stacy) of Spokane and Loder Boyd (Emily) of Elko; and his siblings, Pauline Lamar (Grover), Hollis Headley (Karen) and Gail Spears (Donnie). He is also survived by grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
