He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucille Wilkerson and Nelson Chapman, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer L. Chapman; his children, Caleb Chapman, Abbigail Chapman and Emalee Chapman; his parents, Debra Reynolds (Mike) and Les Chapman (Elaine); his siblings, Nelson Chapman (Christie) and Kim Sumrow (Jon); and his grandmother Pat Chapman.
