He was predeceased by: his parents, Pam Cox Couch and Kenneth Dale Hamrick; his aunt Melanie Cox; and his brother Kevin Hamrick. He is survived by: his brother Jeremy Hamrick; his grandmother Frances Cox; his aunt Sandra Malcom; his uncles, Mike Cox (Ann), Jeff Cox (Susan), Steve Hamrick (Treeasian) and Richard Hamrick (Kathy); and his niece Sarah Griffin.

Memorial donations may be made to an animal rescue charity of donor's choice.
