He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Nelson Oxley; and his brother Brett Oxley. He is survived by: his pet Patches; his wife Jennie Oxley of Roberta; his children, Ben Oxley of New Zealand, Zachary Oxley of Roberta, Georgia and Reagan Oxley of Roberta, Georgia; his father Lee Oxley of Macon, Georgia; and his siblings, Kim Owens (Ronnie) of Macon, Georgia, Lee "Dusty" Oxley (Mandi) of Martin, Georgia, Stacy Sales (Chris) of Clayton and Stephanie Foskey (Ricky) of Macon, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
