She was predeceased by: her father Billy Joel Todd; and her brother James Gary Todd. She is survived by: her daughter Casey Sayre; her grandchildren, Lindsey Rumley (Chris) and Aaron Sayre; her great grandchild Dane Rumley; her mother Agnes Elizabeth Todd; and her sisters, Gail Brock (Herbert) and Bonny Todd. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in memory of Cathie to Elberta Baptist Church, 1244 Daisy Adams Road, Cochran, GA 31014.
