He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Zook Jr. and Helen Wheeler Zook. He is survived by: his brother Robert "Bobby" Zook; and his cousins, Billy Daniel, Betty Larson, Barbara Smith, Wes Wheeler, Linda Burnett, Kathy Thomas and Lou Hamlin.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Mighty Meals Ministry, Fort Valley United Methodist Church, 301 West Church St., Fort Valley, GA 31030.
