He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hume Baker II and Geertruida Hermina Zwartjes Baker. He is survived by: his wife Petra; his children, Stephanie Adams (Kevin), Marcus Baker (Amelia) and Patrick Baker (Jess); his grandsons, Josh, Damien and Jasper; and his sisters, Ann Dafoe (Jim), Ina Baker and Pam Baker.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be sent in his memory to Holy Spirit Catholic Church (4074 Chambers Road, Macon, Georgia, 31206).
