He was predeceased by: his parents, Durwood Ethridge and Betty Tarver Ethridge; and his sister Kim Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ethridge; his stepsons, Brandon Crenshaw (Holly) and Steven Crenshaw; his stepgrandchildren, Ariana Michelle Crenshaw, Kaden Rayne Crenshaw and Emily Burgamy; his stepgreat-grandchild Raelynn Elizabeth Burgamy; his brother Jared Paul Ethridge; his nieces, Kacie Jones and Tarver Ethridge; his nephew Connor Ethridge; and his close friends, Mark Storey, Steve Draper and Charles Grizzard.
