He is survived by: his wife Imogene Farrar; his parent Jo Wilma Ross (Willie); his children, Tavoris Horton (Brittani), Charles E. Farrar, Jr. (Toni), Synquis Rouse, Chelsea Crawford (Bennie T.), Delvichio Rouse, Chartisti Rouse and Shakellia Rouse; and his siblings, Rhonda Hunter (Christopher), Onita Stewart (Vincent) and Anthony Brown. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
