It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles O'Neal (Macon, Georgia), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on June 14, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Charles William O'Neal Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Lois Johnson O'Neal; his wife Carol Ferrell O'Neal; his children, Charles William O'Neal III, Craig O'Neal (Lisa) and William Colin O'Neal (Brandie); his daughter-in-law Kimberly Putnal O'Neal Maddox; and his grandchildren, Craig O'Neal, Helena O'Neal, Nicholas O'Neal, Chuck O'Neal, Caitlin O'Neal and Colin O'Neal.

Flowers will be accepted and donations may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
