He was predeceased by: his wife Tomilyn Bell Crowell. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Ciera Crowell and Chester Arthur "Chace" Crowell IV of Macon; his brother Thomas Patrick Crowell (Mary Kay) of Dahlonega, Georgia; and his mother-in-law Dr. Linda Sankey of Macon.
