He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Barlow and Odessa Mae Sheffield Soloman; and his daughter Shannon Lee Barlow Raley. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Barlow Robinson (John) and Clarence Lee Barlow, Jr. (Kate); his grandchildren, Hunter Thomas (Becca), Madison Raley, Will Raley, Odie Barlow and Vera Barlow; his great grandchild James Bentley Thomas; his siblings, Dianne Barlow, Lillian Shapard (John), Donna Overby, Marie Smith, Jerry Soloman (Vicky) and Jack Soloman, Jr.; and his close friend Gale Morgan (Pam).
