He is survived by: his parent Alice Lee Johnson Bowen; his children, Patricia Ann Bowen Cooper, Brenda Fay Bowen and Angelia Charlene Bowen; his grandchildren, Jennifer Nicole Cooper Taylor and Kristene Michelle Cooper Foster; his great grandchildren, Lona Winter Foster, Scarlett Nova Foster, Paxton Henry "Dutch" Taylor II and Gates Lee Taylor; and his nephews, Roger Lloyd Bowen (Etta Lee), Steve Bowen and Tim Bowen.
