He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Kathryn Smith; and his brother Jimmy Durand Smith. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Smith of Macon; his sons, Brian Smith (Leah) of Forsyth and Dylan George (Katelyn) of Macon; his grandchildren, Camden Smith, Carson Smith, Corbin Smith, Tucker George and Carter George; and his sister Gayle Smith (Ellie Mae) of St. Augustine, Florida. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hart's Mortuary (6324 Peake Rd, Macon, GA 31210). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
