He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Lemons Stephens; his children, Douglas Stephens of Macon, Norman Stephens (Pamela) of Floyds Knobs, Alan Stephens (Debbie) of Nashville, Tennessee and Kimberly Avery of Byron, Georgia; his grandchildren, Christopher, Kevin Stephens of Nashville and Elyse Gregory of Floyds Knobs, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Naleigh and Cal Stephens of Nashville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Doris Winders (Larry) of Charleston and Donald Stephens of Roundhill, Kentucky..
