She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Nell and Harley Gaultney of Butler; and her siblings, Patricia, Carolyn, Jerry and Larry.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristi Windham of Macon; her grandson Brock Turner of Americus; and her siblings, Tony Gaultney of Montezuma and LeAnn Cucchiara (Gaultney) of Silver Springs, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
During the last few years, Debra shared her life and her home with her daughter, Kristi and grandson, Brock, who were the foundation of her joy and happiness.
